1. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymous site usage. Data collected includes device type, operating system, browser, approximate geographic location (city level), referral source, pages visited, and time of visit. No personal identifiers (name, email) are collected through Google Analytics.

  • Cookies: _ga (2 years), _gid (24 hours), _gat (1 minute)
  • Recipient: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA — transfer based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission
  • Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Retention: 26 months from last activity

You give consent via the banner shown on your first visit — either with "Accept all" or under "Settings" for selected categories only. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

2. Marketing cookies (Google Ads)

With your consent, we use the Google Ads measurement tag to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns — that is, to find out which campaign led to a contact form submission. Without your consent the Google Ads tag is not loaded at all.

  • Cookies: _gcl_au and further conversion-measurement cookies set by Google on the google.com and doubleclick.net domains (typically 90 days)
  • Scope of data: ad click identifier, the fact that a conversion (form submission) took place, device and browser type. Google Ads conversion measurement also includes automatic collection of user-provided data — on form submission your email address may be transmitted to Google as an irreversible cryptographic hash (so-called enhanced conversions).
  • Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and Google LLC, USA — transfer to the USA based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission
  • Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Retention: according to the Google Ads account settings; for click and conversion data, 13 months at most

Consent to marketing cookies is separate from analytics consent — under "Settings" in the cookie banner you can allow just one of the categories. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so until you give consent no Google tag is loaded and no cookies are stored.

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form we process: your name, email address, project description, and enquiry type. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored in a database — it is forwarded via the Resend email service.

  • Recipient: Resend Inc. (processor, USA) — transfer based on Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — interest in responding to a business enquiry
  • Retention: email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, up to 12 months

4. Technical cookies

The Next.js server may set session cookies required for operation (for example for reCAPTCHA protection). These cookies do not require consent as they are strictly necessary.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdraw consent for cookies at any time without affecting prior processing

6. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence. The Czech supervisory authority is:
