Your GDPR Rights

Right of access

You may ask at any time whether we process your personal data and, if so, receive a copy of it together with information about the purpose, retention period, and recipients.

Right to rectification

If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction or completion without undue delay.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten"), for example when you withdraw consent, raise an objection, or the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Right to restriction

In certain situations — for example when you contest the accuracy of data or have raised an objection — you may request that processing be temporarily restricted to storage only.

Right to portability

Where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and to have it transferred to another controller.

Right to object

Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (e.g. responding to an enquiry), you may object to processing. We will then cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

Right to withdraw consent

You may withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic this is the ÚOOÚ (www.uoou.cz).
